Welcome to Week #2

Hello Fabulous, Awesome, Beautiful Being,

Welcome Back! Remember you are here for you and to get the most out of your program begin each week by listening non-stop to from the beginning to the end of your videos, messages and lessons.

Find a quiet place, away from family, children and “duties.” Turn off your phone, cell phone, and computer. Stop reading e-mail, surfing the Web, using Twitter or Facebook, listening to the radio or watching TV.  This is YOUR time, for you.

Be sure to come to each lesson with no distractions and give yourself at least an hour to listen to and complete each assignment. All the lessons are designed to allow you to pause the video and take immediate action, so have your pen and paper ready or a word document open on your computer.

Our live Q&A calls they usually average 60-90 minutes so plan accordingly. Any questions you have from the assignments or happenings going on from implementing your new tools will be discussed at that time. Be sure to get your assignments done as soon as possible so you can put new tools into action and any questions you have during the week put in the forum by 10am the day before your live call.
