Welcome to Week #1

Hello Fabulous, Awesome, Beautiful Being,

Welcome! Here are some ways to get the most out of your program.
Begin your f.i.n.e to FAB transformation each week by listening non-stop to from the beginning to the end of your videos, messages and lessons.

Find a quiet place, away from family, children and “duties.” Turn off your phone, cell phone, and computer. Stop reading e-mail, surfing the Web, using Twitter or Facebook, listening to the radio or watching TV.
This is YOUR time, for you.

Every week you will receive a different video message that are 5-10 minutes or less and/or information to help you during your journey that are designed. The day after your call, your lesson will be in the membership area in that week for you to learn easily and effectively new skills to improve the quality of your life. Be sure to come to each lesson with no distractions and give yourself at least an hour to listen to and complete each assignment. This weeks lesson will be the longest so you may want to give yourself 75min to watch the video and do the assignment.  All the lessons are designed to allow you to pause the video and take immediate action, so have your pen and paper ready or a word document open on your computer.

Every week, our live Q&A calls they usually average 60-90 minutes so plan accordingly.  Any questions you have from the assignments or happenings going on from implementing your new tools will be discussed at that time. Be sure to get your questions in the forum by 10am, the day before your live call.
